Drive in Dancin’

On March 13th our yearly Gala took place in the Jaargetijden. This year the gala was organised together with S.A. Proto, with as theme Drive in Dancin’.

Together with 230 people, we enjoyed an amazing night with lots of dancing, good company, and music from Undressed Broccoli!

VDL Lunch Lecture

Yesterday, two former AT students came by to tell about their current job at VDL ETG. They first gave a short introduction about themselves and what they did after their bachelor. After this, Haye Witteveen told us about one of the projects VDL is working on; a robotic arm which includes an X-Ray scan makes the life of doctors much easier.

LoA & IMCo Sushi Workshop

Two committees joined forces and organised an amazing event: The Astatine Sushi Workshop! Organised by LoA and IMCo 30 members of our association made some true Sushi art under guidance of our own Sushi master Judith. From California till Enschede, everything went on rolls. Not everyone perfectly mastered the making of Sushi, but well, there are more fish in the sea so it was also possible to taste some made by others. It was definitely a fun activity, food always makes us happy.

Astatine on the Slopes 2.0

In february 2019, Astatine visited the luxorious skiresort of Davos-Klosters with 33 people. For a full 7 days we explored the region on our ski’s and snowboards with a good portion of speed. Ofcourse, a picture of the ‘highest association of the UT’, on the highest point of Davos, could not be missed!
